The fifth stage of Momentum, we call: Modify. When I looked that word up in the dictionary, I knew how important it was to what you’re working on. Ready? Here’s the definition: “make partial or minor changes to (something), typically so as to improve it or to make it less extreme.” So, as you think about what YOU need to be doing differently, are you willing to make a “partial” change?
You see, one of the things we hear from people who think they’re interested in Get Momentum is that they don’t have time to commit to the program AND that they need to make changes in less than a year. Well, the Get Momentum Leadership Academy requires a minimum of 2 hours of study a month, and the program takes a year to complete. Does anyone else se the irony? It’s as if those big changes you need to have made a year from now will somehow just “magically appear.” I’m here to tell you, they won’t.
