Writing on her Tumblr, she said: “Since my pregnancy has been healthy and uncomplicated and since this is a unique time in Yahoo’s transformation, I plan to approach the pregnancy and delivery as I did with my son three years ago, taking limited time away and working throughout.”
Would you compare your ability to achieve work-life balance with someone who has a net worth of $380MM? Would you be able to do more, be more and have more if you made nearly $1MM a week?
I wouldn’t. In fact, if you REALLY want to stress yourself out, compare yourself – what you have, where you are, what you do, how you live – to someone who has different goals, different opportunities, and different realities than you. Stop trying to achieve work-life balance. Instead, get momentum on your most important things.
